Called to Care for the Whole You
The story behind the therapist, pastor, nurse, wife, and mother.
My Journey to the Therapy Room
Hi!
I did not step into this work by accident. Over the last 15 years in ministry, I have sat across from women, couples, and families who felt unseen, unheard, and unsure of how to hold both their faith and their pain at the same time.
My training as a Licensed Practical Nurse opened my eyes to how deeply our bodies carry stress, trauma, and grief. Becoming a Licensed Christian Therapist allowed me to join clinical wisdom with biblical truth. Serving as a Pastor let me walk with people through the spiritual questions that come with suffering.
Now I bring all of that together to help you heal in real life, not just in theory.

Healing the Whole Being
➤ Mind
Your thoughts, memories, and beliefs shape how you see yourself and God. In therapy, we gently explore your thought patterns, stories, and beliefs so that you can renew your mind with truth.
➤ Body
Your body keeps the score of stress, trauma, and exhaustion. We pay attention to how your body responds and integrate calming and grounding practices that honor your physical health.
➤ Spirit
Your relationship with God is central. We invite Scripture, prayer, and the leading of the Holy Spirit into the process, always at a pace that feels safe for you.
